Google Offers Phone Notifications for Suspicious Activity, Here’s How to Enable Them


If Someone gets into your Gmail account, they may see your personal message and documents that were really personal to you and may results could be disastrous consciousnesses . Google has long notified users via email if their account passwords have been changed or there’s a suspicious login attempt, but now you can also set up phone alerts.


You’ll find this under your Accounts > Security.

To get notified when someone tries to sneak into you account you must add your mobile phone number and just check the notification boxes. You’ll get a verification code on your phone and after conforming you are done. However it is not available for Google app user.
